TAA: Nancy finally out
By Simon Musasizi
WEEKLY OBSERVER

The invisible armour that has always hidden our own girl, Nancy Kalembe under the velvet ropes of innocence exploded.

On her second job as Project Manager of Matrix Corp, Nancy finally walked out of the reality show –becoming the second Ugandan to be fired.

She had been to the boardroom five times but always survived. At one time, TAA fans complained that maybe the CEO had a thing for her. But there was no excuse this time. All the guns aimed at her.

Eunice who voluntarily accepted to cross back to her former group complained, “Before I went over to Matrix Corp, I didn’t know Nancy was going to be the Project Manager – now that I know, I’m not too sure (about the team and our chances of winning this task)”.
It wasn’t just Eunice who had problems with Nancy’s management; it was already stirring a lot of rubble in Matrix Corp.
Team members were already whispering about frying her if anything went wrong with the task.

Blessing said, “Nancy is a very nice person … inside and outside… and I’m not exaggerating. But she is not at all a leader.”

As usual Zulu Corp kept focused while Matrix was in the middle of fire.
Regina said: “We’re so disorganized… we’re not heading in the same direction… we’re heading for disaster.”

And for the eighth time, Matrix lost a simple task of attracting investors to Nigeria.
The CEO wondered aloud how Nancy had hoped to attract investors to Nigeria with a radio campaign.

While Zulu planned to do media campaigns oversees, Matrix was backing on the local Nigerian media.
The CEO then he turned to Eunice who unsheathed her verbal sword with a vengeance: “Nancy lacks leadership abilities.”

“Nancy did not even know what a media plan was - not only should she not be an Apprentice, she should be fired today!”
Nancy was speechless; Eunice passed the baton to Blessing, who continued the Nancy-slaying.

When she left, there were no usual hugs and tears. In the car Nancy’s parting shot: “They must be celebrating now. If not openly, at least in their hearts.” And they were.
